All orders placed within the USA (during our business hours) will usually be received within 3 business days.
YES - you will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your order (it will be sent to the email address that you used for the purchase).
We ship all orders via USPS First Class Package And USPS Priority Mail.
NO - you will get free 3-day shipping on ANY order placed within the USA - there is no minimum order amount required for free shipping.
YES - as long as you place the order on a business day (Monday through Friday), and before 3PM Eastern time (that is our daily cut-off time for shipping).
We are located in West Rutland, Vermont (north-eastern USA.) This is where all orders are shipped from.
We have a 60 day return policy, which applies to ALL orders. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply send the item(s) back, and we will refund your money. Also, we pay the shipping costs for all returns. You can view the full details of our return policy here.
If you need to do a return, please contact us, and let us know what you would like to return. We will then create a prepaid shipping label for you, which you can use to return the product to us (you won't have to pay any shipping costs for returns).
