This item was on my grandson's Christmas list. His mom said my grandson had been playing with the "BeyBlade" for about 30 minutes when I called Christmas morning, and it had been the "only" thing he was playing with even though he received a lot more stuff.

Unfortunately, my launcher broke after 3-4 launchers the same day I received all of my beyblades and accessories in the mail. Fortunately, after emailing customer service, they responded within 24 hours apologizing for the inconvenience of the launcher breaking and offered to send me another right spin launcher which is known for being more durable and having better spin power than the dual left and right spin launcher. My replacement right spin launcher soon arrives at my house only 2 days after them offering to replace my broken launcher. Great customer service but the launcher and concept idea is very cool just prone to breaking.

Really good launchers except sometimes the string does get stuck inside. I've had to take mine apart a few times but it's not hard to fix. If you're getting it for a child I wouldn't recommend it unless you show them how to properly use it. Swiftmfb has a good video on how to use string launchers properly. So far so good have done about a hundred launches with two of them and they're still doing fine.

Can spin both left and right. Unfortunately the string can sometimes get stuck leading you to have to open it and untangle the string.

Arrived in about 2 or 3 days, which is pretty good! Also, so far so good - the quality of this string launcher seems pretty good. My other cheaper ones broke within just a few days after using them. This one has not.
